ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ အိမ္နီးခ်င္းႏိုင္ငံတစ္ခုျဖစ္သည့္ ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္ႏိုင္ငံ၏ ျပည္နယ္တစ္ခ်ဳိ႕၌ ၂၀၁၇ခုႏွစ္၊ ဇြန္လ (၂)ရက္ ေန႔တြင္ အုပ္စုဖြဲ႔အၾကမ္းဖက္သမားမ်ားမွ ရခိုင္ႏွင့္တျခားေသာ လူမ်ဳိးစုမ်ား၏ အထြဋ္အျမတ္ထားရာ ေရွးေဟာင္းဗုဒၶဘာသာ ေစတီပုထိုးမ်ား၊ ဘုန္းေတာ္ႀကီးေက်ာင္းမ်ားႏွင့္ လူေနအိမ္မ်ားကိုအၾကမ္းဖက္တိုက္ခိုက္ ဖ်က္ဆီးခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သိရွိခဲ့ရပါသည္။ ၄င္းအၾကမ္းဖက္လုပ္ရက္မ်ားအား မိမိတို႔ရခိုင္အမ်ဳိးသားကြန္ရက္မွ ေအာက္ပါ အတိုင္းရွဴျမင္သည္။
(က) ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္ႏိုင္ငံရွိ ရခုိင္အပါအဝင္ လူနည္းစုဗုဒၶဘာသာ ရဟန္းေတာ္မ်ားႏွင့္ တိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ားအား တရားမဲ့ႏိုင္ ထက္စီးနင္း အၾကမ္းဖက္သည့္လုပ္ရပ္ျဖစ္သည္။
(ခ) အၾကမ္းဖက္ အစြန္းေရာက္အုပ္စုမ်ား၏ ေနာက္ကြယ္မွ ေသြးထိုးလွံဳ႕ေဆာ္မႈေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာသည့္ အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈ တစ္ခုသာျဖစ္သည္။
(ဂ) ဘာသာေရးအားအသံုးခ်ၿပီး အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈအသြင္သို႔ ကူးေျပာင္းသြားေစရန္ နည္းမ်ဳိးစံုျဖင့္ လုပ္ႀကံဖန္တီးမႈ တစ္ခုသာ ျဖစ္သည္။
(ဃ) အဆိုပါ အၾကမ္းဖက္မႈျဖစ္ရပ္အား ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္အစိုးရမွ အခ်ိန္မီ ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္မႈအားနည္းေၾကာင္းရွဳျမင္သည္။
ထို႕ေၾကာင့္ မိမိတို႔ရခိုင္အမ်ဳိးသားကြန္ရက္မွ ေအာက္ပါအခ်က္မ်ားကို ေလးနက္စြာေတာင္းဆိုလိုက္ သည္။
၁။ ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္အစိုးရအေနျဖင့္ ရခိုင္အပါဝင္လူနည္းစု ဗုဒၶဘာသာရဟန္းေတာ္မ်ားႏွင့္ တိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ား၏ အသက္အိုးအိမ္စည္းစိမ္ကို လံုၿခံဳစိတ္ခ်ရသည္အထိ အျမန္ဆံုးကာကြယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေပးၿပီး ျပန္လည္ ထူေထာင္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို အရွိန္ျမွင့္လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးရန္၊
၂။ ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္အစိုးရအေနျဖင့္ အၾကမ္းဖက္ အစြန္းေရာက္အုပ္စုမ်ားကို အျမန္ဆံုးရွာေဖြေပးၿပီး တရားဥပေဒ ႏွင့္အညီ ထိေရာက္စြာ အေရးယူေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္၊
၃။ ကမာၻ႔ကုလသမဂၢအေနျဖင့္ လူနည္းစုဗုဒၶဘာသာရဟန္းေတာ္မ်ား၊ တိုင္းရင္းသားမ်ား၏ အခြင့္အေရးႏွင့္ရပိုင္ခြင့္ မ်ားကို အျမန္ဆံုးထိေရာက္စြာေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္၊
၄။ ျမန္မာ-ဘဂၤလားေဒ့ရွ္ အစိုးရႏွစ္ရပ္အေနျဖင့္ ယခုအၾကမ္းဖက္မႈမ်ားအား အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ ဥပေဒပါျပဌာန္း ခ်က္မ်ားႏွင့္အညီ ညွိႏိႈင္းအေျဖရွာ၍ အျမန္ဆံုးေျပလည္ေအာင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးၿပီး ထပ္မံမျဖစ္ပြားေအာင္ ထိန္းသိမ္းေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေပးရန္၊

Over recent violence against Rakhine Buddhists and other ethnic minorities and torching religious edligious edifices in Bangladesh, neighbouring country of Myanmar

It is known that terrorist groups have torched and obliterated ancient pagodas, monasteries which the Rakhines and other Buddhist ethnic minorities treasure and properties of those in several districts in Bangladesh on 2nd June 2017. We, as Arakan National Network, regarded the incidence as followed;
(a) Such savage attacks were unbearable and unlawful terrorists' acts over Buddhist monks, Rakhine and other ethnic minorities in Bangladesh.
(b) The violence occurred due to instigation staged by some extreme-terrorist groups behind.
(c) The violence was apparently generated by some terrorist groups through all means of destructive acts under the name of religion.
(d) We definitely view that the Bangladeshi government had failed to act in response to the violence in time.
We, therefore, firmly demand facts to be met as followed;
1. The Bangladeshi government is to protect Buddhist monks, Rakhines and other ethnic minorities in Bangladesh and immediately step up to rehabilitation for the victims.
2. The Bangladeshi government is to trace and uncover the extreme-terrorist groups behind all this violence and bring them to justice immediately.
3. The United Nations is to perform immediate acts to reach the rights and civil liberties of Buddhist monks and ethnic minorities in Bangladesh as soon as possible.
4. The two governments (Myanmar/Bangladesh) are to work out a solution over this violence in accordance with international laws and prevent similar incidences further.
